Module 14 — The Operating System & Your First 90 Days

Module 14 of the USA Dropshipping Master System. What separates a system from a series of gambles is memory and rhythm.

The 90-day execution plan

Phase Days Focus On track if…
Foundations 1–14 Module 2 setup complete; entity/banking process started; daily hunting habit; 20+ candidates logged Pixel fires, policies live, 3 candidates survived the kill filter
First blood 15–35 First 2–3 paid tests (or organic pre-tests on the $2,500 tier); samples ordered; creatives self-shot First KILL executed per written rules without emotion — that is the milestone, not a winner
Iteration 36–65 6–8 more tests; funnel fixes on near-misses; log review at test #10 — recalibrate thresholds CTRs improving test-over-test
Traction 66–90 Statistically a winner or strong near-miss by now; if a winner: supplier gate, bulk quote, creative velocity Either scaling a winner or entering month 4 with a sharper system and intact capital
Pakistan-specific timing reality
Your payment stack (EIN by mail → US bank → Stripe/Shopify verification) realistically goes live in WEEKS 4–8, not week 2. That does not delay the plan — it reorders it: during the gap, do the things that compound anyway: the hunting habit, kill-filter reps, samples, creative practice, organic TikTok posting. Students who treat the banking wait as “blocked” lose two months; students who treat it as training camp launch with skills instead of just infrastructure.

If day 90 arrives with no winner: within normal variance at 10–12 tests. The log review decides: failures clustering on creative = skill gap (study Module 9, shoot more); failures clustering on economics = you are picking thin-margin products (raise the Module 3 bar). Quitting is only rational if you cannot fund 10 more tests — which is why the capital tiers in Module 1 exist.

The product test log (one row per product, forever)

Column Example
Date / Product 2026-07-04 · AlignPro posture trainer
Verdict + score + confidence GO-WITH-ANGLE · 7.4/10 · B
Result $455 spent → retest → ROAS 1.74, scaled
Root cause Initial miss = OFFER (single-unit AOV thin); funnel fix worked
Lesson Sub-$40 single-unit AOV cannot survive US cold traffic; bundle FIRST next time

The weekly rhythm

  • Daily: 45-min hunt + 30-min customer service — candidates logged, inbox at zero, dispute ratio watched
  • Friday: score the week’s shortlist; pick 2–3
  • Monday: launch tests
  • Wed–Thu: kill/scale decisions per written rules
  • Monthly: log review, predicted vs actual — recalibrated thresholds; the system gets smarter
The graduation standard
You are no longer a beginner when: you kill products without emotion, your kill rules are written before spend, you can state any product’s breakeven CPA from memory, your dispute ratio and compliance calendar hold no surprises, and your log has 20+ honest rows. At that point this system stops being instructions and becomes your checklist.
CASE FILE — AlignPro, Part 10: The log closes the loop
AlignPro’s row enters the log with its lesson (bundle first when AOV is thin). Three months later that lesson auto-corrects the next candidate — a $24.95 kitchen gadget gets its bundle designed BEFORE the test, and passes on the first attempt. This is the entire point: AlignPro’s near-death made every future product smarter. Your log is the only guru you will ever need.
