When measurement is weak

Bad signals make reasonable campaigns look unpredictable.

Tracking problems are rarely just technical. They distort budget choices, optimisation and the team’s understanding of what customers actually do.

01

Platforms report different answers

Google, Meta and analytics tools use different attribution and processing rules, so totals are compared without context.

02

Important actions are missing or duplicated

Forms, calls, purchases or values fire inconsistently, on the wrong trigger or more than once.

03

Campaign names disappear in the handoff

UTMs, redirects, consent and cross-domain journeys break the path between the click and the business outcome.

04

Reports show activity, not decisions

Dashboards contain too many numbers and too little agreement about which actions genuinely matter.

A stronger measurement foundation

Cleaner signals. Clearer questions. Better budget decisions.

No tracking setup is perfectly complete, but a disciplined system makes limitations visible and evidence far more useful.

Defined conversions

Primary and supporting actions mapped to actual business value.

Verified implementation

Tags and events reviewed in browsers, platforms and appropriate debug tools.

Consistent campaign data

Clear UTM rules and source handling across key marketing journeys.

Decision-ready reporting

Views organised around questions, outcomes and responsible interpretation.

Resilient setup

Server-side or enhanced signals considered where technically and legally appropriate.

Confident optimisation

Advertising platforms receive more relevant signals for bidding and learning.

What we can configure

The right tracking stack for your actual customer journey.

Scope is selected around your platforms, consent requirements, website and business model.

01

Measurement planning

Business questions, conversion definitions, event taxonomy and acceptance criteria.

02

Google Analytics 4

Property review, key events, audiences, referrals and ecommerce where applicable.

03

Google Tag Manager

Structured tags, triggers, variables, naming and workspace hygiene.

04

Advertising conversions

Google Ads, Meta Pixel/CAPI and supported platform signals aligned to key actions.

05

Campaign attribution

UTM standards, source persistence and lead-data handoff where technically feasible.

06

Reporting & documentation

Focused dashboards, QA evidence, data notes and implementation reference.

Measurement architecture

Connect the customer action to the system that needs the signal.

A dependable setup follows a documented path. It defines what happened, validates when it happened and sends only the information each destination needs.

What good tracking can do.

It can create a more consistent view of important actions and improve the signals used for reporting and campaign optimisation.

What no tracking stack can promise.

Privacy controls, browser restrictions, consent choices, platform modelling and attribution methods mean numbers will not match perfectly. We explain these boundaries instead of hiding them.

Questions, answered

What to know before fixing your tracking.

Why do Meta, Google Ads and GA4 show different conversions?

They use different attribution windows, identity signals, models and reporting rules. The goal is not always identical totals; it is documented definitions, valid implementation and enough context to interpret each platform responsibly.

Can you guarantee 100% accurate tracking?

No. Modern measurement is affected by consent, browser restrictions, blocked scripts, offline actions and platform modelling. We reduce preventable errors, test the setup and document known limitations.

Do you set up Meta Conversions API?

Where the website, platform and consent approach support it, server-side or partner-based Meta CAPI can be scoped. We verify event quality and deduplication rather than installing it blindly.

Can you fix duplicate events?

Yes. We review triggers, plugins, theme code, GTM and platform integrations to identify overlapping sources, then test the corrected event behaviour.

Do you provide a dashboard?

A focused reporting view can be included. We first agree which questions it must answer so the dashboard does not become another collection of vanity metrics.

Will this comply with privacy laws?

We can implement tracking around the consent and requirements you specify, but DigiPro does not provide legal advice. Your legal or privacy adviser should define the obligations that apply to your business and users.

What access will you need?

Typically website/CMS, tag manager, analytics and relevant advertising accounts. Access is scoped to the work and should follow least-privilege security practices.

What happens after implementation?

You receive verification notes and documentation. Ongoing monitoring, dashboard support or new-event implementation can be arranged separately as the website and campaigns evolve.
